要外帶卡布有拉花,我覺得風險還滿高的
一打開來,消泡造成的坑坑洞洞,即使有拉花,也實在不雅觀
外帶的話,通常看到的做法是將打發較硬的部分鋪在上頭
既然有比較硬的奶泡部分,也代表著此牛奶打發設計上,可能就不是作為拉花用
前陣子有前往E61喝濃縮
覺得屬於明亮系,前段有酸,後段的香氣也會竄上鼻腔
中段覺得空空的,造成味道上前後段銜接不太起來
尾段無苦味(不曉得是不是因為沒放亞洲豆,而是以中南美及非洲為主調)
還是滿不錯的一杯(感覺有油會附著在口腔中,還滑滑的)
與Rufous配方佈局完全不同
感覺Rufous的濃縮有中段,整體味道較沉穩,較適合作為濃縮espressoo單飲
兩家濃縮各有特色 ^^
