個人習慣是先養豆,豆子充分熟成後分裝,丟保鮮袋,再放置冰庫。
熟成時間多久依烘焙程度取決,通常來說,自己習慣五至七天,甚至到十天。
不過依你的飲用週期來看,建議你找人分豆子吧,趁還在新鮮期時。
至於可以冰多久,個人經驗是約兩個月上下,香味大致就到極限了。
