最近這支 OCR 2014新批次生豆 頗受關注~
若 Reko 與去年同級的KONGA比較的話,個人覺得:
莉可有茶韻感,KONGA比較像果汁。
至於熟豆乾香味上,莉可比較細膩,孔加的苺果香走大辣辣,奔放路線~
在炎熱夏天,適合烹調製成冰咖啡~
產區資料及風味敘述如下:
國家:衣索比亞/耶加雪菲科/Kochere
品名:日曬耶加雪菲-Reko Cooperative(莉可合作社)-紅櫻桃計畫 Operation Cherry Red
參考風味:草莓、熟桃、木瓜、哈密瓜、細膩果酸、紫色莓果氣息,尾帶些紅茶的底韻。
建議淺烘培,在一爆中到一爆底之間

下豆溫度:209~215度 (以略酸為主)
預設烘焙度:淺/中 (1爆密集~1爆底下豆;滿1磅者,可指定)
跟團價:280/半磅;550/磅(半磅*2袋) (運費另計)
交貨方式:A.郵局便利箱(0.5~2磅/$65; 3磅/$80;其他數量/EMAIL連絡)
B.小七店到店(0.5~3磅)/$65
C.台南市成大校區附近自取(平日晚上或假日)
