新手練習時的豆子選擇? - 咖啡討論

小弟為了想自己做拿鐵,不久前購買了磨豆機+咖啡機一組
不過對於義士咖啡的知識只有在網路上看影片教學或文章
因為以前都只喝拿鐵,沒有直接喝義式濃縮過
所以不太知道現在萃取出的espresso是否成功...?
我是買UCC的經典曼特寧咖啡豆 (因該是不適合,買錯就加減用了..)
現在練習磨豆機的參數以 18g 咖啡粉萃取出40ml咖啡液,25~30秒內完成為目標
萃取完後適喝都很苦或很酸,crema 出來後有濃醇的感覺
想知道一般新手要如何知道哪樣的咖啡口感算成功呢?
還是直接去店家點杯義式濃縮了解一下
