新手手沖器材求推薦 - 咖啡討論

在此非常謝謝版上大大們給的意見!小弟在這兩個禮拜陸陸續續購入器具,剛剛也完成了
人生第一沖。稍微來分享一下新手不專業過程及感想,想說回饋一下此版以及即將踏入手
沖坑的新手(或當做反指標也行)。

1. C40
2. 泰摩溫控手沖壺(細口600ml)
3. 可樂哥星芒濾杯+專用濾紙+三洋下壺
4. 家中現存便宜電子秤
我的手不算大,但在使用C40磨淺焙豆時,左手虎口並不會感到不適,蠻省力的也不覺得
費時。溫控壺真的幫了新手一個大忙,讓我可以更專注在繞圈、重量,以及時間控制上。

器材搞定後,去了一趟我很愛的咖啡廳「六號水門」挑選了以下兩支豆子,各1/4磅,皆
為淺焙。烘豆日期為7/1,老闆娘說最佳風味約是放三周之後,但我們想嘗試各個階段豆
子風味的變化,於是今天7/3就先試沖順便當做練習。
咖啡豆:
衣索比亞 古吉,薔薇 日曬
墨西哥,伊佐藍 日曬

比起器材跟豆子,其實一開始比較在意沖煮方法及過程,所以針對這塊也做了一些功課。
人生第一沖當然是要先從模仿開始,我選擇的是「興波咖啡」創辦人吳則霖有po在網路上
的方法(1:2:2:1)。
咖啡豆20克
C40刻度設定為25(不確定淺焙這刻度行不行)
水量300cc
水溫93度
悶蒸30秒,總沖煮時間約為2:15-2:30
附上沖完的咖啡渣形狀如下,再請版上大大提點一下:

感想:
目前還算木舌階段,自己喝的感覺是跟咖啡廳的手沖有87分像XD,酸度跟甜度都有出來,
的確嚐到了不同風味。我相信多多練習、保持一顆玩樂的心一定會再更好,未來也會嘗試
不同沖煮手法,以及不同豆子,期待能發展出一套自己專屬的沖煮過程,不需要太專業,
目標是沖煮起來順手、喝得順口即可。
