摩卡壺比較(鋁vs.不鏽鋼) - 咖啡討論

我前面兩支死掉的bialetti摩卡壺不是brikka,
普通的鋁壺而已,
但是十分習慣它的味道了,
這次換成寶馬牌不鏽鋼摩卡壺,
昨晚用清水煮了兩次、咖啡煮了一次,
今天早上正式煮第一壺要喝的。
媽啊...怎麼這麼淡!!!
咖啡粉的量、水量都差一樣,
我該怎麼調整才好呢?
1.增加咖啡粉的量..................(爆心臟?目前是三大勺的豆子現磨)
2.減少水的量?....................(可是早上喝少了很不爽)
3.加減量墊片上去減緩水上升的速度?(其實咖啡粉很滿也沒啥位置了說,
再放就要用塞或是壓了)
4.加濾紙?........................(又要加買消耗品了嗎?)
照理說,鋁的傳熱應該比不鏽鋼快(有誤請指正),
但是這支寶馬不鏽鋼煮起來比舊款的還迅速@@"。
該怎麼調整才好呢?傷腦筋...
