小弟最近買了銅壺跟V60濾杯...
也看了不少網路上參考的影片跟文章!
有的人說手沖溫度要控制在88度跟92度?另外真的需要悶蒸嗎?還是不斷水比較好?
最近嘗試92度悶蒸斷水的手法!(10g萃取140~150 ml)
但沖出來好濃!不愛!(我是沖曼特寧)大概水繞四圈抽壺!
另外小飛馬用3.5的研磨會不會太細?
