手沖的穩定性 - 咖啡討論

最後還是弄了個溫度計來量測沖煮的水溫,
爬文沒看到板友用過這支就po上來分享一下。

使用後發現從熱水瓶90度出來的水,
到我的手沖壺後只剩下大約81度左右,
而且溫度掉的很快,拿手機來拍的一瞬間就降到74.5度了。
後來使用熱水瓶上的再沸騰功能,
出來的水溫大約在92度,
約等一分鐘就可降至87度上下,
再進行咖啡的沖煮後得到的成果讓我很滿意!
