最近買了耶加雪啡g1的熟豆
烘焙日期是5/26,沖泡時間是昨天(30)跟今天(31)
豆子才放四天 可是悶蒸的情況不理想
濾杯:v60 手沖壺:雲朵壺
沖泡溫度:88
我平常泡完,所有的粉牆是這樣(這是別支耶加)

但這支悶蒸不太膨脹,20克的粉,悶蒸水量約30~32克,然後開始注水後粉牆就變得很鬆散,是那種只要水量稍微大一點就會沖破的那種,昨天就沖破了。
今天沖完長這樣,幾乎是平面。

順便問一下,沖完後粉出現一股草味是正常的現象嗎?
味道的部分,兩天的感覺都是有點水味,或萃取不足的感覺。
粉水比是1:14
粉的粗細,昨天匿名二:一圈一格,今天一圈四格,結果都一樣。
請教一下是操作者的問題,還是豆子的問題?@@
