手沖咖啡壺??求最適使用法~ - 咖啡討論

之前在前公司喝機器煮的咖啡喝得平安無事也從來沒想過要手沖咖啡,
現在換了新公司,公司裡只有一台「手沖咖啡壺」
長相如下:

它的濾網是不銹鋼的,濾杯下有一個旋轉鈕可以調節過濾後的咖啡流速(可大可小)
豆子通常是使用中、深烘焙款~
有可能是我手沖技術不佳,每次總覺得在喝咖啡水....
杯底也常有咖啡沈澱物...
有個異想天開的想法,這種器具,是不是可以用法壓的原理-->用浸泡法??
等幾分鐘後,再一次把濾杯流速開到最大??
這樣是否可以萃取較多的咖啡精華??
還是只能乖乖練手沖呢??
因為對手沖領域還不甚熟悉,請各位版上先進指導~ 謝謝大家!!
