手沖咖啡「新」泡法 - 咖啡討論

今天在youtube上看到人家分享的手沖咖啡新泡法

他的流程是先從外緣加水到中間(整個過程約1分鐘)
然後等水降下去之後,一次加水到滿,讓整個咖啡陷下去
跟我原本會的傳統式手沖法幾乎完全不一樣
算是略過悶蒸的步驟?
最近大概一兩個月不能喝咖啡(胃 T_T )
但很想請教一下,喝起來的感覺會比較淡嗎?
如果有咖友剛好有試過,請問能分享一下心得嗎?感謝!
