手沖剩茶味,豆子不吃水 - 咖啡討論

最近買了一包水洗淺焙西達摩,用慣用手法沖煮卻得到偏水感僅剩茶香的液體,想問問看大
家這是不是豆子烘焙過淺呢?
豆子狀況:養豆兩週

器材:
C40 試過24格 26格 28格 星芒濾杯 fellow壺
水粉:92度 20克豆 275克水
悶蒸: 35克水30秒
總時間:兩分內滴完
沖煮時的發現:
1. 磨豆時覺得有比較硬
2. 磨完的粉沒有明顯烘焙味
3. 悶蒸沒有氣泡沒有隆起
4. 注水容易淹(調整磨豆粗細仍淹)就是水在上粉在下, 粉不易溶水的感覺
5. 沖完得到一杯茶
不敢確定是這豆子沖出來本來就該這樣,還是真的有問題,以往都用相同器材和設定,很少
出現這樣結果,但也不能確定是否過淺,因爲液體沒有明顯草味,只是幾乎沒烘焙香氣,只
想聽聽前輩們的意見,謝謝!
