之前有聽某大大說``如果能煮出不苦的曼特寧
就表示
賽風壺的煮咖啡技術慢慢有進步
所以.....昨天我總算煮出.....不苦的曼特寧了
那表示我的技術有提升了嗎????
條件;;;
曼特寧10/10烘焙
賽風壺``先讓水上在上壺加水降溫`後再入咖啡豆18~19g
40秒........曼特寧出來不苦耶...香味巴地都有耶
可是今天似乎就沒那麼順利了....>"<
這樣正確嗎????
