天氣與烘豆的關係? - 咖啡討論

小弟是烘豆新手,最近有一個疑問?
記得在某篇blog說版主下雨天是不烘豆的 (屬自家烘焙)
不曉得有沒有相關的文獻可以參考呢?
是因為雨天的溼度較高,所以豆子的溼氣需要被烘烤的時間較長?
或是另外有原因呢??
也沒有在版上找到文章可參考 >///<
(小弟我是用爆米花鍋,目前一次的量約250g<--生豆)
也請老手指點指點啊~~
或是有書本可以推給小弟也行!!
