大包咖啡豆要怎麼分裝呢? - 咖啡討論

小弟在的實驗室最近買了一大包咖啡豆
但麻煩來了,平常我們實驗室都去拿去星巴克磨豆子
但這麼一大包,磨了要用很久
那味道超過一周後,不太喜歡......
想拿個小袋子分裝拿去磨,但是又看到網路上說要用單向排氣閥袋子裝咖啡豆
問題:
1. 單向排氣閥應該是裝剛磨好的豆子吧? 磨完的豆子有意義嗎?
2. 要用怎樣的袋子裝,磨好的咖啡粉可以撐久一點?
3. 如果用單向排氣閥的罐子裝,會不會罐子內有一半都是空氣導致氧化加快?
當然我無論怎麼裝最後都是會放入冷凍庫就是了
一些新手問題,有請大家協助
