這陣子都以手沖為主(懶得洗...
不知道哪根筋不隊今天突然想泡塞風
突然想到一個問題 就是關於火侯控制
火侯大小跟萃取應該有一定的關係
平常的習慣是
大火 -> 沸騰 --> 轉小火 下咖啡粉
---> 攪拌攪拌 ---> 熄火
開始泡塞風後就一直用固定的方式再泡,
嘗試在萃取中調整火侯 感覺自己很手殘,
一不小心就變大火過度沸騰。
想請問有人是習慣
在攪拌過程中還會調整火侯嗎?
