m520義式平刀刻度3
90度水 30克沖500cc水 driver金屬濾網 kalita900
悶蒸40s 再沖一分30秒結束
剛沖好喝是略酸 但酸和苦層次很明顯分開 可惜木舌分不太出果香
放到50度左右很神奇酸味幾乎感覺不到
不過放到冷後酸和苦都放大超多,感覺不適合放冷喝
可能是沖的過程或比例上出了問題,不知道大家對這支的經驗如何~~~
