這隻咖啡是city烘焙
第一次煮的時候 煮了將近一分二十秒
結果是 好苦 再來是回甘.....
不過不太能夠接受這味道
第二次煮只煮了四十秒 因為火力沒控制好
結果就掉下來了= = 結果
還比第一次好很多 入口 感覺到酸味的瞬間 轉變成
甜 有點桂花味 喉韻相當的持久 回甘則是甜的
香氣是藍莓香 不過稍冷之後 變成偏苦 可是滑過上顎之後
又變甜的 真是瞬息萬變 不然第一次煮的時候還有點失望
大家都如何煮這支豆子呢?
