關於 Espresso 的黃金十秒 - 咖啡討論

之前聽人說,Espresso 的黃金品嚐時間就是那十秒
如果在與空氣接觸超過十秒後風味就會差非常多
不知道這個原因是什麼? 是化學作用還是溫度的問題?
版上的舊文中有看到相關討論
不過對於答案倒是莫衷一是
不曉得版上有高手能夠一起來討論或解答的嗎?
