市面上有好多烘焙手法,一般都是只是看到分成淺焙跟深焙兩種,
也有分義大利烘焙或是其他國家烘焙的,
請問義大利烘焙的真的比較好嗎?
因為像illy跟星巴克的義式烘焙評價似乎都不錯耶!!
