這個夏天很熱,所以也減少了想沖杯咖啡的欲望,豆子耗量當然很低
不過一次只跟a大拿半磅好像沒很划算XD...
百般猶豫之下想起之前瀏覽黑豆的部落格,他老闆很推薦冷凍儲藏的方式
我也跟著做,用贈送的緊箍棒封著開過的封口就丟入冰箱冷凍(不是冷藏喔)
隨著時間增加,過了兩個月後沖泡時依然可以有濃密的氣泡,當下對這方式很滿意
風味當然是會減少一點啦,可是還是很棒的儲藏方式,再次推薦給大家~
