剛烘好的豆子的口感 養豆? - 咖啡討論

今天用剛買的RF300直火烘了肯亞AA、坦尚尼亞
由於還沒有很熟悉烘豆
大概流程是
180度熱機入豆
小火脫水
脫水完畢(10min)達175度,
加大一點火力
一爆開始(13min)時火力再關小一些
一爆結束後關火,滾20秒下豆
整個流程大約16分鐘
喝完的口感都沒有很順,都有個共同的口感
1.喝完口中有菸味
2.喉頭刺刺的
請問這種問題是我烘焙時哪個環節出了問題嗎?
還是說還沒養豆完成的緣故?
