初次拉花者幾問 - 咖啡討論

有一些新的體會,還需要時間驗證,不過我先記錄一下我的體會

我問開頭的葉子的包的部分(7~9秒),是否比從頭到尾都晃動好
後來我自己的結論是不要用此技巧
原因是開頭這多推的兩下非常容易歪掉、非常容易破壞葉子的包的圓形
雖然這可以當成推花技術的試金石,不過練習中而已實在不需要這麼進階的測試...
然後此技巧我自己推測的優點: 因為多推了兩下減少拉花杯奶量,可以更靠近液面
更是沒必要,不如融合做久一點就好
最近的體會是: 回歸基本
基本即 1: 融合做好 和 2: 拉花杯杯嘴靠近咖啡液面
這兩點大家應該都看到不想看了,不過我這次的體會是
融合有沒有做好強烈影響到開頭的圖形
(收尾的圖形就算最開始融合沒做好,到了收尾階段也該融合的差不多了倒是沒差太大)
基本的理由: 融合做久一點、做多一點,咖啡液面就高了、開頭圖形當然也就更銳利
而拉花杯杯嘴靠近咖啡液面,更是強烈影響到開頭圖形的銳利度
大家可能覺得這廢話,但真的做到極限了嗎?
開始作圖的時候,拉花杯碰到咖啡杯了嗎?
咖啡杯傾斜的程度,傾斜到極限了嗎?
奶泡的落點是否離拉花杯太遠了?
做完圖剩下的奶泡是否過多了?
我也還沒做到極限,會有此體會是因為將牛奶減少了0.5cm的量後就感覺到差異
接下來會先從咖啡杯傾斜到極限開始,至少每次都要溢出來才算傾斜到極限吧
另外,關於開頭的葉子的包
會先有將奶泡從拉花杯裡倒出來時產生的往前衝的力量
這個往前衝的力量的盡頭就是包的圓形的邊緣
要是晃動的力量過大導致後續的奶泡衝過頭超過這邊緣,就會凸一塊,也就不圓了
但是這最開頭的往前衝的力量實在難以駕馭
為什麼參考影片這一倒都可以衝很遠,然後後續只要搖晃就可以做成葉子
而我倒就只往前衝一點點,後續一搖晃就都黏在一起白成一片...

應該倒的多一點?少一點?晃得快一點?慢一點?
晃得快想要葉子多一點的時候應該倒的多還少?晃得慢想要葉子少一點的時候呢?
