最近幾杯越拉越沒信心...
不否認我後來好幾杯都在玩,但不應該退步這麼多啊...

玩*1: 芒果汁為基底配牛奶

第一次用非市售的咖啡而是自己沖,想不到差別這麼巨大
(不過少了市售咖啡的糖、奶精等來調味,其實難喝了許多)

但老實說我原本打算拉的是一般的花,完全沒預料到會變成這樣多層次的花啊
這到底怎麼做出來的...

玩*2: 熱水泡可可粉為基底,很苦、不甜、不好喝
看來要玩可可歐蕾應該要用巧克力融化或阿華田為基底才對

玩*3: 平常是咖啡(黑)底配牛奶(白),想試試白底配黑
於是試了市售的杏仁茶底配巧克力牛奶,結果...恩...
其實光在打牛奶就覺得怪怪了,市售的巧克力牛奶看來不適合打奶泡

玩*4: 抹茶底配巧克力牛奶
這次的巧克力牛奶是牛奶加巧克力醬,打起來感覺比市售巧克力牛奶好些
但為了要得到這顏色加了超超超多巧克力醬,甜到甚至可以說很噁心了
而成果效果又沒多好...

玩*5: 蔓越莓汁配牛奶
純搞笑用,奶泡一加下去上面就變成一層很像果凍的東
後來喝掉底下的牛奶,上面的類似果凍的東西就倒了...
最近十幾杯越拉越沒信心...
板友前輩們如果能有建議希望能指導一二
不過還是有一點可以分享,拉花要用泡的東西為基底時(即溶咖啡、抹茶等)
要攪拌到非。常。非。常。細
發現這點後就不太會有剛開始拉抹茶歐蕾時的大泡泡出現了
