夏天來杯冰滴咖啡實在是人生一大享受
所以平時都會在冰箱裡常備一些
由於僅有一個人喝
所以喝的速度較慢
而自己試的結果
咖啡滴好之後,香味(指嗅覺)會隨時間慢慢減少
而口感則是隨時間一直改變
假設我最喜歡的是滴好後放兩天的香味及口感
不知有沒有辦法能在兩天後停止(或減緩)發酵的方法?
我想要保留發酵特定時間後的味道啊
難道除了用肚子保留之外
沒別的辦法了嗎? XD
