烘完後第一天,第三天,並不一樣
這大家也討論了
而這是醒咖啡'豆' ; 如果我要強調字眼,以方便我描述我的重點的話
那什麼是醒咖啡也就明白了
這是另一個朋友教我的
他說,紅酒可以醒(近日我要購入醒酒壼 XD)
咖啡也可以
很多人喝咖啡稍微進階後,就不加奶不加糖
店家因此也不提供咖啡匙了
但事實上不必急著退回咖啡匙
不少朋友已經知道咖啡在不同溫度的味覺變化
但你不妨再試試搖晃咖啡,攪拌咖啡的差別
是的,沒加任何東西,只是和紅酒一樣的道理
加強氧化;這當然可以叫做'醒咖啡'
我描述一下在朋友家喝過醒酒壼出來的紅酒:
一樣我喝過的紅酒,他沒拿更名貴的品牌
只是用了醒酒壼,給了高腳杯
卻好喝很多
澀味,血腥味,鐵鏽味,全都可以轉化為好喝的味道
如果我們不懂別的,只說單寧..
單寧大致上的描述就是澀味,醒過後便即好喝
那咖啡又何嘗沒這種可能?
