生豆外觀品質佔40趴
第一級缺陷15%,第二級缺陷15%,異味10%
杯測部份佔60分
乾淨度15%,酸質15%,醇厚度15%,風味15%.
分數一樣照這樣排列
G1 100-91
G2 90-81
G3 71-80

有興趣的人,可以比較二種處理法的分數的細節差異.
