之前看到MOD上有播一個節目,
裡面介紹到一個咖啡達人,
他用Syphon做了二沖的動作,
想請問板上的咖啡達人們,
這樣真的有比較好喝嗎?
原本是酒紅色的咖啡,
二沖後變得黑黑的.....
他說這樣才沖得出咖啡的精華...
我還蠻懷疑的...請各位大大指教...
