各位前輩好,小弟這陣子想開始嘗試自己弄咖啡來喝,目前規劃是買一台ees200e,因為
非常怕咖啡的酸味,所以想以拿鐵(咖啡牛奶)為目標,想請問
1.有沒有比較推薦適合拿來做成拿鐵且盡量不酸的豆子呢?(如果從曼巴、中烘培開始嘗試
是對的嗎?)
2.義式濃縮盡量把顆粒磨細是能更降低酸味嗎?還是磨豆機好壞更有關係?(目前預計購入
小飛馬600N,或者到星巴克請他們磨更好?)

題外話,有人喝了咖啡會從頸部痛到頭的嗎?(最近喝costco買的星巴克早餐豆),不知道
是咖啡因的問題還是怎麼樣...
