手沖一年多
覺得最喜歡V60的口感
但他有分樹脂、玻璃、陶瓷
看了YOUTUBER 小雨的影片
差別除了陶瓷比較保溫以外
最大好像是在流速的不同(或者是塑化劑XD)
我個人用陶瓷跟樹脂也覺得樹脂濾杯流速比較快
而且老實說我覺得泡起來樹脂比較乾淨好喝XD
我是使用王策比賽的手法
雖然好像是老問題了,但不知道大家是比較喜歡陶瓷或樹脂?
另外最近有入手HARIO SWITCH
網路上參數通常是粉磨的比較細一點
有15克粉+250克水+浸泡2分半
有20克粉+100克水+浸泡1分鐘+200克水+再浸泡2分鐘
有20克粉+250克水+浸泡30-45秒
或者是類似吳澤霖以前聰明濾杯變形的手法(就是前面不關閘門但最後一次注水關)
請問大家的參數是如何?
