這是一篇遲到的心得文,感謝G大之前的團購,
我跟風敗家一組SSP 64mm Red(Brewing)刀盤,用了好一陣子,
剛好有鄉民詢問使用心得,就順手整理一下這拖了大半年的SSP刀盤使用心得。
背景說明:
我自己的義式沖煮是用F83E大平刀,所以Super Jolly是裝SSP 64mm Red(Brewing)刀盤,
拿來作單品手沖。SJ有改直出無殘粉套件,但是作單品手沖時,
還是因為靜電會有點殘粉(要是作RDT是可以改善,不過殘粉這部份殘粉跟刀盤無關)
1. SJ改了SSP 64mm Red,跟原先Mazzer刀盤相比,
手沖部份,乾淨度跟酸值表現好很多,風味也比較明確。
義式部份,也有比較好,但是我沒太留意這部份表現,因為上面提到以F83E為主。
不過偶而會拿來應付SOE就是。
2. 我這邊有學生是跟團用小飛馬+SSP 60mm Silver(Espresso)刀盤,
細粉跟風味表現跟原先小飛馬刀盤相比是明顯改善,相當滿意。
但是沒特別試這樣組合是否可以應付義式沖煮需求。
3. 我自己有小富士鬼齒,若是手沖部份的表現,
SJ+SSP Red跟小飛馬+SSP Silver,都遠勝於小富士鬼齒。
尤其在一些風味的明確性、乾淨度。(所謂升級有感)
4. 我沒KNG,也沒有小富士平刀,所以沒有這部份的心得。
不過跟我自己的海勒101以及泰摩Nano相比,各有千秋。
(平刀、錐刀本來就不太一樣)
5. 手沖跟義式是否可以並用,以SJ改SSP刀盤,應該是有機會。
起碼SSP Red在手沖、義式部份都比原廠Mazzer刀盤好,
但是因為我的SJ是改SSP Red,並沒跟SSP Silver來比較表現,
所以很難說SSP的Red Brewing/Silver Espresso刀盤在手沖、義式之間差多少。
6. 其實我覺得手沖部份,用小飛馬+SSP刀盤應付就很無敵(花費的C/P值)
