最近對於營業用鮮奶,還有超市買的鮮奶有些疑惑
以往在工作時,使用過光泉(短期)、林鳳營(短期)、職人(較長期使用)
光泉跟林鳳營使用期較短,可能不大準(但使用期間,也都很好使用,林略好過光泉)
職人使用滿長一段時間,打奶泡品質都很穩定
很好打,流動性跟奶泡細緻度,也不容易隨時間太快消泡
最近使用超市買的鮮奶,林鳳跟光泉(職人附近超市沒有賣)
用同樣的手法,例行性的在家做咖啡
發現有時候買的超市鮮奶,一樣打出來的品質很好
有時候買的鮮奶(同品牌),卻打出容易消泡,且流動性不佳的奶泡
我可以確定的是,是單一瓶會整瓶都好用,或都不好用
並不會用同一瓶,可以打出好的,也可以打出不好的
至於鮮奶的溫度,都是我家冰箱,我想也是固定的
所以我才在想會是問題出在鮮奶嗎
想跟大家分享跟討論看看,有沒有板友有類似問題出現
不然就是我自己技術差,硬要怪鮮奶了!!
