看了tn腳踏車小哥的烘豆經驗分享後,我也決定來獻醜一下
剛好最近也開始為年底的歐遊計劃練習手網烘豆,目標在出發前要能烘出穩定的豆子!
請看第一次失敗品,這是挑出來的瑕疵豆
因為看了推文說手網要低到好像會燒到,所以我跳過了怎麼烘都不會爆的階段
很豪邁地給它燒啊燒的,大約12分鐘開始一爆,過了30秒就著火了......XD

之後我慢慢調整跟火焰之間的距離,大概都能保持在10~12分鐘一爆
但是這個均勻度的部分,都會讓我懷疑我的一爆跟二爆是一起在進行的XD

中間那包是幾天來最均勻的一次,但是它是瑕疵豆們啊~~~
我使用的器材是濾網不是切麵網,因為行李空間收納的考量
而火源是登山爐,火焰的範圍較小,不知道是不是均勻度差的原因
使用登山爐也是因為行李空間的考量,有人也是用登山爐烘豆的嗎?
