Nanoformer打奶泡/拉花疑問 - 咖啡討論

中秋連假,小弟敗了一隻Nanoformer奶泡棒,想說在家練習打奶泡以及拉花,主要用的器
材有:
1. Nanoformer奶泡棒
2. 統一四季醬油
3. 全脂鮮乳
4. 教學影片則是參考小雨大
一開始會先將牛奶加熱至60度c,接著便依小雨大的影片教學試打奶泡。目前試了將近30
次,通常都是卡在拉花時奶泡完全浮不起來,或者是到尾聲才會浮起白白的一坨….
請問版友們,這跟奶泡打得好不好有關,還是初期融合時沒有做好呢?先謝謝各位的回覆
