有鑒板上僅一篇monolith flat 磨豆機文章,而且還是前輩的出售文,所以拋磚引玉一下
monolith flat使用心得。
Kafatek 是一間位於美國西雅圖的工作室,目前磨豆機產品線有monolith flat (75mm 平
刀)、monolith flat max(98mm 平刀)和 monolith conical 4(83mm 錐刀),平刀產
品現在刀盤都是主理人Denis自己設計生產,而磨豆機全系列都在西雅圖設計製造,馬達
則是日本馬達(不知道跟日本壓縮機比起來算不算稀少XD)。

設計的美感我想見仁見智,我個人是蠻喜歡它的工業風格,然而金屬加工細節我認為是可
以有客觀的好壞之分,此機主體多數部件都是鋁合金切削而成,該倒角該打磨的地方一處
不差

其中另我最驚艷的細節,是此處的齒紋,原先我想為何要在主機面下處加工此裝飾,如果
為了美觀也應該在現眼處費工啊,操作後才參透原來齒紋能夠增加接粉環的卡固摩擦力!

由於我的機子為2020四月那批,所以刀盤的選擇最多只能加價選購Red ssp burrs。搭配
轉速可調馬達,目前使用起來非常滿意了,出粉蓬鬆而且據聞比新版Denis研發的Shurike
n 刀盤效率更好,我自己實測馬達轉速550RPM時,20g的藝伎磨到義式細度約40秒。另外
根據ssp原廠網頁資料,刀盤鍍膜耐用程度至少4000公斤,我想家用環境使用不傳承給子
孫,應該夠用了吧XD。

再來是出杯風味的部分,先說量化數據:淺焙藝伎,18g 36秒出45g 濃縮,萃取率23.725
%,義式半自動機是Expobar e61有改變流裝置。Espresso的風味很乾淨,花香也明顯,bo
dy沒像我用m47那樣厚重,但是層次卻顯現更多,非常欣賞用此機出SOE拿鐵!

最後,Kafatek的磨豆機據傳產能非常有限, 每次開放預購大概是5分鐘就完售…但是,
