預浸 4s
Drip time 30s
Wait time 1s
水溫 92度
豆子:耶加雪夫 ,中深焙
沖煮結果: 60c.c咖啡液,crema很薄(如照片)
買豆子的時候,老闆有現場用義式咖啡機沖一杯咖啡給我,有厚厚的crema,所以應該不
是豆子的問題。
如果想要獲得厚厚的crema,請問我可以怎麼調整呢?
溫度再高一點,把手要溫... > <?
因為我還蠻喜歡crema的口感的,希望有高手能幫我解惑一下QQ
