水溫 95 C M47 刻度12 可以順利時間內壓出來7~9霸
目前是用月初買的單品肯亞 /古吉 中焙 壓出SOE
但酸度略顯不足 苦味較重
想請問是咖啡豆挑選問題 還是手法上可以修正
