ees200+600n,總是沖泡出焦苦的味道 - 咖啡討論

謝謝版友們的意見,後來購入ees200+小飛馬600n
今天早上操作之後有些問題想請問一下
(目前使用costco kirkland 家常綜合 綠包裝,約1個月前購入)
(濾杯改用la pavoni double)
1.粗細問題
如果用1.5去磨、輕填壓或普通力道填壓(重填壓會無法萃取),
都無法萃取出深赭色的咖啡液,只有淡咖啡色,很水的咖啡液。
如果用2去磨,普通力道填壓,有深色的咖啡液,但幾乎沒有crema
(用2.5也會只有很淡的咖啡液)
(粉量部分,1.5用粉較少,2較多,但相差不大)
這讓我很疑惑,我一直以為只有粉太粗才會讓水快速通過,所以顏色會很淡
但目前我的情況卻不太一樣
不曉得也是使用ees200+600n的板友,會使用多少刻度、粉量及力道呢?
2.味道問題
在萃取前有先放掉部分熱水
但不管是1.5、或是2的咖啡粉粗細
沖出來的咖啡都非常苦,
幾乎是只有沖鼻的苦味,沒有香氣沒有酸味,
光是輕啜一口就不想再嘗
我google、以及查閱版上對這款咖啡豆的評價是還可以的
有人認為這款咖啡豆味道持中,不會太酸苦,有醇厚香氣
和我自己忙了一上午之後的結果完全不同
除了操作上的問題之外,和咖啡豆已放了1個月後才用有關嗎?
(不論咖啡粉粗細,都幾乎沒有crema)
豆子聞起來並無異味,只是焦苦味蠻重的。
如果聞摸過豆子的手,會有香煙燒過後的煙絲味,不太好聞..
外觀無不正常的油脂)
問題是出在哪些地方呢? 謝謝解惑!!
