C40 vs Lagom mini (淺焙豆) - 咖啡討論

一直很好奇C40跟Lagom mini這兩把錐刀磨豆機的風味差異,如今有幸可以比較一下。先

喔,前面那杯是剛煮好喝到一半的黑糖拿鐵,覺得老婆買的杯子很好看,所以讓它入鏡一
下。
《器材如下》
豆子:虎記的肯亞AA TOP,水洗
濾杯:星芒濾杯
濾紙:星芒專用(極)
手沖壺:泰摩溫控細口壺
《參數如下》
水溫:92度
豆量:17克
總注水量:260克
研磨粗細:C40退28格、mini退整整兩圈
(手邊無測量器材,用肉眼辨別研磨粒徑兩者差不多)
《沖煮手法》
1. 注入30克水悶蒸30秒
2. 中水柱緩慢繞圈至總注水量230克
3. 中心點注水至總注水量260克
4. 至沖煮時間1:40時移走濾杯
(兩者萃取出來的咖啡差不多,約220ml)
《風味差異》
重點來了,這兩台磨豆機在我克難且粗略地測試之下,到底有何風味差異呢?老實說,我
跟老婆都覺得差異不是很大。兩者皆有明亮舒服的酸質,也有著莓果、蜜桃的奔放香氣,
唯二比較有趣的是,高溫時Lagom mini沖出來的較酸、放涼後則是C40沖出來的較酸。
另一點則是,C40的香氣及風味在口腔中瀰漫順暢,但咖啡的口感似乎也僅止於此,喉頭
那邊就感覺不大到東西了;Lagom mini則是將咖啡醇厚的口感帶進了喉頭之後,整體感較
C40紮實一些些。
不過差異真的不到非常大,也有可能是我們木舌的關係。心血來潮的測試僅供參考,謝謝
