之前都是使用flair pro2 手壓
磨豆機 C40 或是 Z-pro
剛入手bianca
嘗試用C40 10格 或是Z-pro1大格
咖啡豆是蜂鳥或阿朵斯淺烘培
在flair pro2 蠻容易 9bar 30秒 18g粉萃取36g crema看起來也蠻正常的
然後bianca 搭配C40 10格
沖煮頭壓力大概只會跑到1bar就上不去 (第一次是沒有bar數 蠻丟臉的..)
水量開關我是轉到三點鐘方向
想說可能是布粉跟壓粉有問題 就用針布粉器跟用力一點壓粉 試過5~6次 最多就到1.5bar
後來就C40 9格 8格 7格 6格 5格慢慢試 到5格的時候終於壓力有到9bar
但是18g粉萃取36g 大概到50秒左右 crema很薄 過度萃取 很苦?
(味道跟flair pro2差很多)
想問一下bianca搭配C40在蜂鳥或阿朵斯淺烘培 比較推薦的刻度跟設定(浪費蠻多豆子)
感覺壓粉好像也有點問題 有推薦的影片可以教學的嗎 謝謝
(我看C40 10 – 15 適用於義式濃縮 不過我很努力壓粉那個bar數都上不來QQ)
