如題,這幾天用剛收到的1ZpressoY3金屬版搭配illy中烘焙咖啡豆
參數:
粉量:16~18g
研磨度:泰摩栗子C2 12格
水溫:煮沸後直接加入水倉
總出杯量:60~70g
我有試過在壓出第一滴後不等待、等30秒、等1分鐘,一秒按壓一次,感覺還是有點偏酸。
明明illy中焙這支用手沖的時候讓人感覺酸值不足,結果壓成濃縮反而有點偏酸
雖然厚實的油脂感喝起來還是很滑順、很好喝,但不知道要如何調整口感
希望諸位版友能提供一下意見
