星巴克賣的是專業還是服務?
看起來大家的期望他賣的是服務..
只要周邊商品夠限量, 場地燈光美氣氛佳,
買一送一夠多次符合大眾的需要
飲料無限次重作直到客戶滿意
滿足大家對"服務業"的要求
讓一個上班才幾個月的工讀生對自己作的飲料作辯護不是一件簡單的事
但如果你是咖啡大師,黑圍裙(星巴克是不是內部有一種選拔啊,我不很確定真正的名稱)
你要自己調適, 你賣的是服務不是專業, 客人挑戰你的飲料的時候
要二話不說立刻重作,遵守"客人永遠是對"的服務業唯一原則
