我記得星巴克規定是客人如果不滿意自己所得到的飲料,
客人可以請求伙伴重做一次,
在星巴克消費這麼多年來,
我也只有請伙伴幫我重做過一次,
當時我想要的是黑磨卡可可碎片星冰樂,
但是我得到的是摩卡可可碎片星冰樂,
才會要求重做
但今天我有點小小難過
是關於我請伙伴重做一次時所得到的回應
所以想來問問大家到底我是不是奧客
今天下午我到了某家門市點了一杯中杯熱抹茶拿鐵,
多加三匙抹茶粉,
糖漿少壓一下-如果我沒有搞錯,我記得一般中杯糖漿都是兩下,
所以這樣的做法應該是"半糖"
我在櫃臺邊發現伙伴正在搖雪克杯,
才發現他可能弄錯我要的是熱的,
於是向伙伴更正
請他幫我做成熱的,
就在重做那瞬間我看到他匆匆地壓了糖漿-但是我沒有看清楚幾下,
最後得到我的熱抹茶拿鐵以後蓋上蓋子,我便上樓找位子
打開電腦坐下來工作一坐就坐了很久
中間我打開杯蓋喝了一口時發現不太對勁,
手上這杯飲料的甜度跟我習慣的不太一樣,
我又放下他繼續工作,
過陣子喝了第二口,
我真的發現不對,它太甜,甜到我覺得是不是糖漿加錯,
我再喝第三口,真的發現它不對,甜度高到我頭暈,
但我又帶著電腦無法離開座位到櫃臺確認,
決定等離開時再到櫃臺說明。
等我要離開時經過櫃臺,
我向伙伴說明它太甜,
伙伴卻先說"抹茶粉本來就甜,你多加了三匙當然會更甜"
我說"我知道,所以我說糖漿少壓一下"
伙伴說"喔那我幫你重做,去糖好嗎?因為多加三匙真的很甜"
這時原先幫我作飲料的伙伴出現
先問我"小姐你當時不是要三下糖漿嗎?"
我說"不是,我是說糖漿少壓一下"
伙伴又說"可是多加三匙抹茶粉本來就會很甜啊,那我幫你做去糖好了可以嗎?"
然後做好我的飲料,
我離開星巴克。
也許只有我這樣感覺,
但我覺得伙伴的態度是"是你自己要多加抹茶粉的卻又嫌它太甜"
但我在好幾家星巴克都這樣點,
也點了好幾年,
卻沒有一次不合我的胃口,
要求重做的反應卻好像被當成了奧客,
心裡實在很不舒服,
於是想上來求教大家,
星巴克的重做一杯規定
會這樣要求伙伴不停質問客人嗎?
還是說這是正常的,
我不應該要過度反應呢?
