小飛鷹 刻度3
水溫85度C
二十克耶加 沖200c.c.
我己經很小心控水 用小水柱去淋
但斷水悶蒸效果不佳 膨脹效果不好 還塌陷
不知是哪裡有問題 豆子鮮度應該不錯
沖出的味道 酸味明亮 入口後 初酸後甘
其實味道萃取的不錯 只是 怎麼都膨不太起來咧
我用一樣的刻度3 水溫90度c
沖黃曼 斷水悶蒸的膨脹效果很好
到底哪裡需要調整呢??
請各位大大不吝指教
