關於摩卡壺 - 咖啡討論

最近買了一只摩卡壺 但不太會估量 底部水衝上來至何種程度 便可以關火
所以大概等壓力閥 只剩冒出泡泡時 便趕緊關火(很怕乾燒壺就壞掉了)
但卻發現 底部放置水的位置仍有約20~30C.C.的液體
請問那是混著些微咖啡細末的水 還是咖啡呢?
又或者 我太早關火 應該再給予熱度 讓它往上衝呢?
