關於打奶泡還有溫度計之類的問題@@ - 咖啡討論

小弟是咖啡新手
最近才開始使用迪朗奇的EC7咖啡機

然後它打奶泡是用蒸氣
我的牛奶都是從冰箱裡拿出來後直接用蒸氣打
我發現打出來的奶泡 其實都只有一點點
頂多把咖啡杯的面蓋住
爬文之後 似乎打奶泡要控制牛奶溫度在75度之內
所以我是應該去買個電子溫度計 放在牛奶杯中
然後邊打邊看溫度這樣嗎@@?
p.s:爬文若漏爬的話 麻煩各位指點
