基本上比較不建議全乾了才拔起,會導致細粉,'過度萃取之類的雜味混入,
而且咖紛粉末精華部分前段已經萃取完畢,剩下的只有雜味與過量的咖啡因,
這原理可以用義式咖啡機做實驗,取兩個杯子開始萃取之後注意流出的咖啡出現白色泡泡
水水的,這時候換另外一個杯子繼續萃取到停止,然後喝喝看兩杯
你就知道我在說甚麼了,任何咖啡萃取的方法都在盡量避免過度翠取喔~
