沒辦法,版主大說意猶未盡者請另開標題討論,我只好另開一個標題了。
我想先講講我對E61咖啡豆的感覺,我喝E61的咖啡豆大概半年了,剛開始
的時候覺得E61的豆子確實不錯,但是緊接著是每下愈況,甚至後來我發
現一個問題,那就是比例的問題(之前有提過)。
我們向E61買的豆子不是單品,而是混豆,老闆把生豆按照比例混好之後
放下去一起炒,最後在通通裝在一起,我發現:就算我盡力的保持每次一
樣的沖煮方式,但,很難保持同樣風味,後來我只好要求豆子得分開炒分
開裝,風味就穩定許多。所以我在想,混豆,他並不能混的很平均,也因
此我個人就我個人的經驗認為所謂的"配方",在這種包裝方式下,其實也
只是一種參考。如果真的希望客人可以每次都喝到穩定的配方風味,還是
得要分開炒分開裝。配方也才顯得有意義許多。
另外,最近E61的豆子品質又變好許多囉,味道比之前"醇"很多,所以我想
喜歡E61的朋友們最近可以去E61大肆採購一番。[(‵y▽′)╭你要是和我一
樣這麼龜毛這麼有種(<--其實這傢伙最沒種了),你也可以試著要求他把配
方,"分。開。裝。"]
接著就是要講關於板上近來兩篇文章在討論的問題囉,我並不是要來討戰的啦,
只是我單純(沒辦法,腦筋都裝棉花)的覺得,Walu大愈到的這個問題,E61的
老闆似乎可以在放咖啡豆的上面放個牌子寫著:"烹調好的咖啡豆,為忠於咖
啡豆原味,還請各位顧客高抬貴手喔。"我想這應該不會是什麼難事,或許他
是難事,但我想應該也不會比說十次的"放下"還來的難啦,如果Walu所言不假
,我個人認為這樣不叫而殺實在感覺不好耶,我也會很錯愕啦。我自己覺得不
只是定豆子的才是客人,來店的也是客人,我想應該會有不少人不知道這個
"規定",一進店裡就會想要把玩豆子吧,放個牌子給個尊重阿。如果放了牌
子你還動,我想老闆大可用Walu形容的那種口氣:放下!不要動,雙手舉高,
你有權保持緘默,但你所說的話我都會聽不到。
就這樣囉,如有錯誤...(‵y▽′)╭...能夠不要指教嘛...
