踩到地雷豆該怎麼辦呢? - 咖啡討論

分享一下低價區的地雷豆,順便發廢文湊三篇收東西...
小弟喝不起高價豆,所以一般都是挑一磅200-250上下
也因為預算低,通常都是去撿全聯或家樂福買一送一的豆
不然就是露天找UCC、等好事多特價豆
一直以來都是隨便挑隨便喝,也喝了十幾種不同的豆子
但這次真心撿到屎了...
最近全聯特價的O一杯,法式重烘培 199買一送一(共一磅)
沖下去,讓我非常驚訝的是
"完全沒有咖啡的香味"
我一度懷疑是因為我在上風處才聞不到味道
靠過去聞發現真的完全沒有香味
喝起來也只有苦澀
買之前有確定過,保存期限還有一年半(通常買一送一都是快過期)
但是這支跟剩一個月過期的摩卡(牌子)義式(口味?)的豆子比
快過期的香味都還比他豐富
我的粉量都是固定(約40g 700cc),溫度隨沖出來是否太焦再做調整
但這次真的踢到鐵板,怎麼沖都沖不出香味
是因為我用手沖所以不適合深烘培豆子嗎?
還是有甚麼變因是我可以調整的?
還是他就是個地雷,直接丟垃圾車才是正解?
不沖掉感覺浪費錢糟蹋食物,可是沖了喝下去只有痛苦糟蹋自己...
