超新手 請教塞風煮法? - 咖啡討論

因為到了新單位
受同事手煮咖啡影響
變得對自己煮咖啡很有興趣(之前就愛喝咖啡 但從沒想過自己煮)
恰好手邊也有朋友送的咖啡粉
於是趁去台北之際在蜂大買了人生第一隻塞風
款式是Hario的TCA-5
但買回來自己嘗試煮之後
發現每次煮都會有一大堆粉跑到下壺去
就我觀察 同事在煮的時候都沒有這種現象
我有看說明書也有觀察過同事怎麼煮
相信煮法差不了多少
卻每次煮每次都發生這種現象 倒咖啡出來最後一杯一定一堆粉
(目前都大概煮三杯的份)
實在是相當困擾
爬文版上好像也沒有人有這種問題
是我漏掉什麼重要的流程嗎?
還是我的上壺沒有插緊?
但要多緊? 因為水燒開了不是很燙嗎 怎麼很用力的塞緊?
濾布的勾勾一定要勾在玻璃管上嗎?
可是我的勾勾在玻璃管內沒辦法勾到邊緣阿?
